Warranty Policy
NOTE: This “General Return/Refund/Exchange Policy” DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSOM PRODUCT ORDERS.
See “Custom Order Cancellation/Refund Policy” at the bottom of this section.
This policy is valid for a period of 15 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the 15 day warranty period has lapsed prior to initiating a claim, we can not, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
We guarantee all Products shall be of good quality, new, and free from manufacturing defect. For clothing products all fabric shall be resistant to excessive shrinkage, color fading or running (color fastness), and shall be free from original manufacturer defect. All designs printed by us on fabric substrates shall be resistant to cracking, pealing, delamination, color fading or running, and printing defect that would make text in the design illegible, or detracts significantly from the intended design.
Product return / refund / exchange requirements
One or more of the following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective in terms of workmanship upon receipt, or does not meet the durability/quality standards as stated in the product’s description on our website within the 15 day return window.
- May be eligible for return and/or refund (You only pay return shipping if a return is required)
- Product received was not the product ordered, in this instance the product must be retuned unused, undamaged with it’s original packaging.
- Eligible for exchange if we sent you the wrong product or size from what was ordered. (You only pay return shipping)
- Product received was correct as ordered but you are dissatisfied with the size, style, color, etc.. of the product, in this instance the product must be retuned unused, undamaged with it’s original packaging.
- Eligible for exchange of equal value (You will be responsible for shipping both ways at your expense)
- (Please double check items in your cart at checkout for correct sizing and other specifications before finalizing your order)
- Eligible for exchange of equal value (You will be responsible for shipping both ways at your expense)
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all products will be inspected physically or virtually (via photograph) prior to issuing a refund or credit. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.
Exemptions
This policy does not apply to loss, theft, or damage of your order once we deliver it to the shipping carrier for final delivery to you. In the event of such an incident you will need to file a claim with the shipper and/or local law enforcement. If you can provide evidence to us of theft, or negligence by the shipper, we may be able to assist you with a return, refund, replacement.
Proof of purchase
To initiate your return, refund, or exchange we require a physical receipt, purchase order number, or other proof of purchase originally issued by us. Please note that without a valid proof of purchase, we will not issue any refunds.
If you a gifting a product to someone, please provide them with the included gift receipt containing the order number.
Proof of damage/defect
In the case of manufacturing defects we may require photographic, video, or physical proof of the claim prior to initiating a refund or credit.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. The RMA process helps us verify your order and track any issues with our suppliers, manufacturing process, order/checkout process, and shipping carriers that may require improvement.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund return shipping costs.
If you are seeking an item replacement due to damage in transit we will only cover the shipping cost of the new item to you.
If you are seeking an item replacement due to manufacturing defect upon receipt we will only cover the shipping cost of the new item to you.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in return transit. This typically involves placing the item in a sealed plastic bag (for clothing/apparel) and packaging the item in a mailer-envelope or box with adequate padding. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a the refund.
- Not applicable to destinations outside of the continental USA. You will be responsible for shipping both ways.
- Not applicable to exchanges due to ordering incorrect size. You will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Custom Order Cancellation/Refund Policy
This policy applies to all client requested custom products and associated orders as defined as:
- Any product produced by S2GN Design LLC that is not part of our standard product listings on our public facing webstore design.s2gnllc.com.
- Any product/s that have client specific design, type, quantity, and printing specifications that are unique to that particular order.
This policy may also apply to large volume orders of our standard product selection, applicability of this policy will be solely determined by us on a order by order basis if required.
Order cancellation prior to material ordering may be eligible for a full or partial refund minus design and administrative labor charges already incurred on the project, as determined solely by us.
Order cancellation after material ordering, or after production has begun may be eligible for a partial refund minus labor and material expenses already incurred, as determined solely by us. (You will have the option to discard or receive the partially completed order if desired)
Order cancellation at any time after production is complete is not eligible for a refund. (You will have the option to discard or receive the order if desired)
After receipt, custom orders are not eligible for returns or size exchanges.
